The Wellness Reboot program is all about nurturing the foundations of mental health and well-being. 

It was created from my observation that all of my counseling clients had certain challenges in common. I realized that I was introducing the same wellness techniques again and again... everyone was benefiting from a certain set of mental health basics. 

I quickly realized that if every one of my clients, my family members, and myself, were all feeling better when these basics were revisited, clarified, and solidified into daily life... then naturally the global community will benefit just as much. From there The Wellness Reboot course was born!

In this course you will receive the equivalent of 7 counselling sessions with me. But instead of $120 per session, The Wellness Reboot works out to less than $25 per session. It makes it so much more accessible in every way. This is why I love teaching online so much!!

Why invest in online training programs?

Teaching healing techniques to the larger community through e-courses is a no-brainer. There are people who can't afford private therapy sessions, people who live in rural areas without a good therapist around, or people who need to work on rebooting their wellbeing in little bits and pieces. Just what I needed!

WOW, I don't know where to begin! This Wellness Reboot was just what I needed to come back into calm in my life. I just love the easy to follow lay out and that I could do this course from wherever I was in the world. So much better than having to pay big $ for my own therapist. Just listening to Lynn in her videos and recordings makes my nervous system come down a few notches. I've always struggled with daily stress and anxiety to the point where I just can't get much done in a day.
