I am so glad I took this course! Lynn exudes positive energy while maintaining a calm, centered presence. I really appreciated the variety of educational materials -- especially the videos and PowerPoint presentations -- that allowed me to take in the information in a way that works for the way I learn. The workbook activities helped to solidify and personalize the concepts Lynn was teaching, and allowed me to begin creating a strategy for managing my anxiety. And, of course, the most powerful part of this course are the Calming Strategies. I find each one of them effective and helpful, and I especially enjoy the Peaceful Place and the Body Scan. These strategies help me to feel like I have control over my experience. I would recommend this course to anyone who is looking for practical ways to manage their anxiety.

I love how accessible this course is. I can login literally anywhere, anytime, and do something good for me. It's also accessible in that Lynn provides thorough, yet simple instructions and explanations. While you do need to be present and do the course with intention, it's not heavy or daunting. The exercises are simple and purposeful, and bring a calming feeling almost instantly. Highly recommend!
